Hi! I'm Erica! Currently I am employed as the Director of Creative Services for Innovative Designs & Publishing. My role entails being part of the core management staff, leading a team of art directors and designers, and working directly with clients who need additional help in their marketing endeavors. Over my career I have had the opportunity to work in both corporate and start-up environments building and growing teams of designers, and getting to produce beautiful content along the way.
